So the snap-on smile is an acrylic overlay that if a patient comes in to me as they did this week and they were in a, let’s say, a biking accident and their teeth are chipped or broken and they had to have something quickly done because they’re having an event or they’re going to work and they can’t show up with half their front teeth missing, a snap-on smile is just an acrylic overlay that’s made in the laboratory and it just fits over top of whatever damage is there and can give that patient immediate smile redesign. Fabulous dentist and hygienist. After a terrible year of dental work at a dental clinic called Monocacy Dental in Frederick, I found this clinic thanks to being referred by a friend. I drive an hour from home to get here, and it’s worth it to me every time. My ONLY complaint is that the office staff is a little frazzled sometimes and so they perhaps get a little forgetful. I had appointments canceled that shouldn’t have been and had to reschedule and then there was a mix up in times. That being said, they still squeezed me in despite it not being the right time. So canceling me when they shouldn’t have and then having a time mix up doesn’t bother me enough to even dock half a star. Dr Fulton and his hygienist Angie were super accommodating and understanding. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Dr Fulton and Angie are incredibly patient and kind and really know what they’re doing and how to make you the most comfortable. I love this dentist office and wish it wasn’t so far away.
