So the snap-on smile is an acrylic overlay that if a patient comes in to me as they did this week and they were in a, let’s say, a biking accident and their teeth are chipped or broken and they had to have something quickly done because they’re having an event or they’re going to work and they can’t show up with half their front teeth missing, a snap-on smile is just an acrylic overlay that’s made in the laboratory and it just fits over top of whatever damage is there and can give that patient immediate smile redesign. It’s transitional so we do it in situation where we’re working through permanent therapy but it’s just a great benefit to allow a patient to walk out in the world and have the confidence that they need to handle their business throughout the day.
