The tooth extraction went very well. The dentist provided a pain free experience. However when I called the week before and explained to the secretary it was an emergency, I had an abcessed tooth, had no medicine or antibiotic and could I speak to the dentist or get a call back, she did not pass on the message. I had to go to a walk in clinic and wait with the place filled with very sick people to get an antibiotic. My normally low blood pressure was 147 over whatever. The dentist said she would have called back. Other than that it is always a pleasant place.

Fabulous dentist and hygienist. After a terrible year of dental work at a dental clinic called Monocacy Dental in Frederick, I found this clinic thanks to being referred by a friend. I drive an hour from home to get here, and it’s worth it to me every time. My ONLY complaint is that the office staff is a little frazzled sometimes and so they perhaps get a little forgetful. I had appointments canceled that shouldn’t have been and had to reschedule and then there was a mix up in times. That being said, they still squeezed me in despite it not being the right time. So canceling me when they shouldn’t have and then having a time mix up doesn’t bother me enough to even dock half a star. Dr Fulton and his hygienist Angie were super accommodating and understanding. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Dr Fulton and Angie are incredibly patient and kind and really know what they’re doing and how to make you the most comfortable. I love this dentist office and wish it wasn’t so far away.

Extremely friendly, warm environment Excellent, professional care Dr. Fulton did a great job today dealing with my dental needs. At my last visit, he inserted a crown that didn’t fit correctly. He tried adjusting it, but to no avail. He sent it back to the lab and ordered a new one rather than settling for mediocrity. I appreciated that immensely. Definitely recommend this caring, compassionate group for dental care. They put their patients first! 😀
