The tooth extraction went very well. The dentist provided a pain free experience. However when I called the week before and explained to the secretary it was an emergency, I had an abcessed tooth, had no medicine or antibiotic and could I speak to the dentist or get a call back, she did not pass on the message. I had to go to a walk in clinic and wait with the place filled with very sick people to get an antibiotic. My normally low blood pressure was 147 over whatever. The dentist said she would have called back. Other than that it is always a pleasant place.

Every single member of the staff, from the receptionists to the hygienist and the dentists themselves, was exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely nice. They went above and beyond to make me feel valued. What truly sets this office apart is their commitment to clear communication. Every procedure was explained in detail, thoroughly addressing my questions and concerns. They are great with kids as well so I don’t have to worry about my kids being scared at the dentist office.
